Download the latest TS Client version for Windows:

After installing Teamspeak, launch the program and follow instructions below.

connect

add server

Right click anywhere in the white space of the left column in Teamspeak.

Fill in the information as you see below, using your username and password. Once your done, click connect at the bottom and your in.
