SPECIFIC LAWS FOR THE BFMEII SECTION/LAWS SPECIFICATIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS
Section Law 1
• You have to remember in this or any other game that you represent our clan. Overall, this means being as professional, polite and mature as you can possibly be. A WNx tag should be considered for you the most honorable tag to be wearing. This won’t just be just in-game either; these rules will apply to game communication programs, such as Ventrilo and our own forums. Be respectful towards other clans.
Extention of Law 4 and Law 6 for the BFMEII section
Section Law 2
• Do not, under any circumstances, do a dishonorable leave from a game (disconnecting, aka DC). Take your losses and learn.
Extention of Law 1 for the BFMEII section
Section Law 3
• Taking advantage of bugs and exploits is considered as cheating. This includes bugs of the official patch.
Extention of Law 1 for the BFMEII section
Section Policy 1
• Threads with no relevance to this game's subject matter are not accepted, it belongs to Tilly's Cantina.
Exeptions to off-topicness: the Good Morning Thread. These threads can be posted once every 2 or 3 days. Everyone can share whatever they want to share in that thread, as long it is acceptable. The Green Dragon is also an exeption.
Note: Members can discuss about whatever they want in this forum, however the Laws and Policies of Warrior Nation, as well as the Section's Laws and Policies must be respected. Any violation have he same impact as a violation on the official Warrior Nation forums.
Clarifications about Policy 10 concerning the BFMEII section
Section Policy 2
• Try to lengthen posts to more than just a few words. Simplicity can sometimes be considered spam in certain conditions.
Do not make useless posts just to raise your post count. It may be nice that you voted for this or that in the poll, or maybe you just don't care, but it is not necessary to make a three-word post to tell us about it.
Clarifications about Policy 10 concerning the BFMEII section
If you ever catch anyone in-game in the messenger or IM breaking any of these rules or one of the laws to tell a leader immediately and take screenshots. In-game, the screenshot button is F12 and outside of the game, press the Prnt Screen button, open up Paint and select paste. You can also use xfire. Submit this information to a leader and your name will be kept anonymous if you wish.
Section Policy 3
CONSIDERING GAMENIGHTS- If you arrive late and the other members are ready to start/have already started, too bad for you, you will wait for the next game So, please, be punctual.
- If your connection doesn't work, after refreshing, we will try with another host. If it becomes too complicated though, you will be asked to wait for another game in order to not make everyone wait for nothing.
- Pick a team and a spot when you enter in the game. That way we can start faster. Leaders will make sure teams are fair, since they know pretty well everyone's skill level.
- If there are a lot of members showing up, the map and the gametype is the choice of the leader hosting. Please do not complain about them. Suggestions are welcomed though outside the gamenight or in smaller gamenights.
- Try do avoid unnecessary comments, mostly if there are a lot of people at the gamenight.
Note: You can't receive points for not respecting what is said in this Policy, but you can be kicked from the gamenight and/or banned for a certain amount of gamenights if you do not respect it.

General Guidelines
1. First and foremost, abide by all WN Laws and Policies.
WN Law: http://warriornation.net/law.php
WN Policies: http://warriornation.net/policy.php
2. I don't want any conflicts at all. This is, but not limited to, Fighting, Flaming, Arguing, General Acts of Hostility, toward another member. If you say something toward another member, and they ask you to stop, you sure as hell better stop I have 0 tolerance for this type of behavior, and I will issue warning points if it continues after warning you once.
There are times where getting out of hand is fine, as long as it's not directed toward another member. Know the difference.
3. If a Captain disapproves of your actions, and has notified you on this, listen to him. There should be no back talking, or smart ass comments toward his decisions. This is in direct violation of Law 6 (Respect & Behavior), and I will submit a ticket for this kind of behavior if it continues.
4. SPAM, I don't want any of any it. Don't do things like posting 2 word replies, or just "Yes" and "No" statements(Unless I say you can). Build up on your replies, add some more to the conversation. Also, don't post like 3 times in a row, it disrupts the natural flow of the forum. The forums are not IMs. Just add everything you want to say at that time in one post, wait for a reply, then post again if you'd like.
Section Procedures
These are the section procedures. I expect all of you to follow it for now on, and understand it.
1. If you want to hold any type of in game event, bring it up to the Battle Ops Captain first, in this case WNxOlewarrior. He is the head of everything related to GameNights and Clan vs Clan matches. He must approve the event and the time/date before you can host it. His decision is final. If you got a problem with his decision, bring it up to me, your Major, and I'll look into it. Though I must inform you that I always stand by my Captains decision, you better have good reason if you do bring it up with me
2. If you recruit someone into the clan. Please fill out a vouch for them without me having to tell you. It's standard procedure, and I can't approve them until you have done so. If you don't know how to do this ask the Recon Captiain, WNxForrest80.
3. Every so often, our Military Police will close threads. There are many reasons for the closings, but most of the time, it's because there should no longer be any discussion taking place within them. That message you recieve from him after a thread is closed, is auto-mated, so just ignore it. If you have a problem about a thread being closed, bring it up to me.
4. When a thread about GameNight or clan events is posted, do reply to them. Most of the time we'll ask for you to post if you'll be able to attend or not, do so please, this helps us out so much.
5. I expect every last one of you to sign RollCall each month, even I have to. RollCall starts on the 1st of each new month, and ends on the 15th. You only have to sign once during that time. It'll only take you like 10 secs.
6. If you have any problems at all, weather it's about another member or something on the forum, do feel free to bring it up to the captains or myself. We're here to give you the best experience within Warrior Nation, and it's part of our job
Last, but not least, new guidelines might be added by either me or my captains, I expect you to follow them with no questions asked.
The Chain of Command
I will now review the chain of command with you all in this section, for some of you may not know where you stand.
These guys are basically my bosses. They see something they don't like in my section, I'm the first one to get yelled at If they ever post anything in our section, it's final, even I have to listen to it
Also, if you have a problem with me for any reason, these are the guys you can talk to behind my back
Basically, the boss of everything that takes place within the section.
WNxPeeL77
In short, the FO(s) is second in command of the section. He does anything that the Major may ask him to.
In short, the BO Captain takes care of everything "In-game" related.
Like I said before, probably one of the most important positions within any section. The Recon Captain is there to help bring in new recruits into the section, without this, the section would ultimately fail after some time. Without members to guide, leaders are pointless and so is the section as a whole. Hence why if we ever fall bellow 25 signed Primary members, the section will eventually be removed from WN if it doesn't recover. AKA, WN will no longer support BF:BC 2.
N/A at the moment
In short, he's the police pretty much. He catches you breaking a WN Law or Policy, he'll submit a report and you'll get in trouble.
WNxDG72
WNxShadowarGET
WNxXPegasusX
WNxMaliciousWolf
Members that have good activity/talents are appointed to this rank. They're authority is limited, but they still should be respected by anyone bellow them. They're basically undergoing training for future positions as Captains.
Anyone below this rank is viewed as equal in authority in this section

Rules and Revisions
Punishment System:
=================
We came up with a very simple formula so that you know where you stand.
Verbal Warning (via TS, PM, or on the forums) --> Kick, or Mute (TS, or from the server) --> Ban (TS or server) -->WNx Point Punishments--> Removal from Section
Verbal warnings and kicks may be done on individual Officer discretion. Bans and Removal are done through a consensus of the Officers (we take a vote in the Officer forum).
Promotions and Demotions:
========================
We are in the process of cleaning up the roster. Please note carefully where you stand. Decisions on who gets to lead in-game are based on your rank, which is a reflection of your dedication to this section, your behavior, your skill, communication abilities, and past match/scrim experiences.
Finally, rank is tied to your ability to recruit. You must be at the rank of Sergeant or above to be able to recruit, or at least get the approval of an NCO. We have created this rule because we have seen instances where new recruits are not up to standard.
TeamSpeak:
=========
The Officers, when present, will be strictly enforcing rules that are already in effect for TS, as outlined in the Primer. It is your job to know those rules. Recently, the Officers have been more relaxed in their regulation of TS, but in some cases this has gone too far.
(1) Channels, please know and understand each channel and what their intended use and rules are.
* General: Feel free to discuss anything you want here, this is a place for members of BF2 to have casual play and conversations. This is the only channel that does not enforce "Battle Chat".
* Fire Teams: These are game specific channels. We have two channels so that USMC can have one and MEC/China can have one.
* 8pm Missions/OBMs: Please follow the lead of who ever is running the mission/OBM.
* Command/ATC: For creating strategies and game plans for upcoming matches.
* Custom map/Mods: If you are playing a custom map, or mod (PRMM) please use this channel.
* Match in Progress: This channel will only be used if a match is currently being played. Every one is welcome to listen in, but DO NOT TALK if you are not in the match. If you do you will be banned from TS for no less then 24 hours.
* Combat Action Reports: After the match join this channel to discuss all your highlights from the match with who ever is writing the CA for that match.
(2) Profanity, in any of our channels or sub-channels, will not be tolerated. This rule is to be observed at all times. One verbal warning will be given. For each subsequent offense, violators will be muted or kicked from Teamspeak (not secretly, you will be told.) If the offense occurs while the violator is playing on the WN BF2 server, the violator will also be kicked from the server. If the behavior continues, the violator risks being banned from Teamspeak and/or the WN BF2 server, and also risks being cited for a violation of WN law 6 (respect.)
(3) Battle Chat (staying quiet unless you are calling out in-game information during a match) is ALWAYS in effect in every channel except for General. If you want to carry on a conversation with a friend, use whispers or find an empty channel to use.
Officers will verbally warn you and then kick you. Political topics are expressly forbidden, even as off-topic discussion. It is one of those touchy things that has a tendency to set people off, even if they do not hold strong political affiliations or beliefs. No verbal warnings for this one - kicks will be automatic. Please use PMs.
Repeated violations will result in a Ban or Removal.
Forum:
=====
The rules for TS, in terms of profanity and blatantly off-topic threads, apply DOUBLY to the forums because they are public. Remember you can reread, and edit your posts. Any violations will be seen as intentional and inexcusable. The full range of punishments apply to forum threads, including removal if offenses are repeated.
*Only Primary/Secondaries can post in our section unless they have been given permission to from the Major of this section. In other words, any player who is not a Primary or Secondary of this section cannot post in our forums unless given permission to do so by the Major of this section*
Matching:
========
This is a reminder: if you are not the designated contact/captain in a match, you are not to type global messages AT ALL. TWL rules indicate that if you do so, the other team has a right to complain and therefore force us to FORFEIT the match.
The minimum punishment for saying anything other than "GG" at the end of the match will result in a minimum punishment of forfeiture of play for the next scheduled match.
Signing Off on Official Threads:
==============================
I mentioned this above, but I will repeat. For ANY official thread, like this one, or sign-up thread for a TWL match, scrim, and/or practice, you must acknowledge that you have read and understood the thread. If you do not, the Officers cannot know that you are following section rules and must therefore bar you from playing in matches. If you do not consistently sign official threads, then the Officers will have to consider banning you from the server, TS, matches, or even removing you from the section.
/end Rules
What are your Officers doing?
============================
The Officers expect a lot from you all. This is the most regulated and one of the most competitive sections in all of Warrior Nation. The Officers also expect a lot of themselves, too. So we will be sure to stay vigilant and active and if you see us not holding up the standards please call us on it. Remember to be respectful when you do, us pm's and send your notice/complaint to at least two officers.
Outside of matching, this game is all about having fun. Don't take it too seriously. HOWEVER, when we do match, this is no longer a game. It is hard work. It is competitive. It requires as much dedication as you would give to any other Real Life event. Our reward is winning, and, by all means when we win feel free to give a shout out to your fellow teammates and celebrate on TS and in the forums.
------------------
Basically, our meeting in March was an affirmation of our own dedication to this section. Specifically:
(1) We will be doing more administrative work on the forums and in terms of promotions/demotions in order to keep everyone focused. We are also pushing to get a new web portal done to make the Primer new and shiny, as well as provide a central, public place for information about our section.
(2) Officers will be watching individual section members, severs, and TS more carefully to ensure consistency in behavior, but also to evaluate them for leadership positions.
(3) Officers have put the "Adopt-A-Player" plan into effect. If you are contacted by an officer or senior member of the section to do some training (i.e. sticking with them in public servers or specific maneuvers) you would be well-advised to take them up on the offer. This allows both the member to get some experience and training, and also for the officer to evaluate the member for a possible promotion or leadership opportunity.
This section is built by every member. Let's be sure to keep it a strong and fun place to play and win!

--Renegade Section Rules -
These rules are in addition to the rules and guidelines set out by Warrior Nation.
Warrior Nation Laws
General Rules
1) Cheating is considered the most severe crime and will result in banning from not only Warrior Nation but from every server we are affiliated with. Not just your name will be banned but also your IP address. Mods/skins/programs that give you an unfair advantage are not to be used, if you are unsure whether something is legal please consult an officer.
2) Although its one of the main laws of Warrior Nation, you are expected to be kind, courteous, helpful and supportive of both members and non-members of Warrior Nation - particularly if you are on a Warrior Nation server. Saying “gg” at the conclusion of a game, welcoming people who join and helping new people to the game is just some of the things you should try to do.
3) If a moderator on any server asks you to prove you are not cheating, you have to do this. This includes, but is not limited to, providing screenshots of any kind of infantry, giving them a chance to see how much damage 1 shot from you does etc. If you refuse doing this, or come up with a lame excuse, we will assume you have something to hide, and remove you from the clan.
4) Although the focus of the clan is always being ingame, forum activity is required, and highly recommended. The forum allows you to get to know your fellow members, sign up for matches and gather a variety of other information. Checking the forum every second day, should keep you up-to-date and make sure you don’t miss anything.
5) The C&C Renegade section has a loose hand when it comes to spam, just keep your posts on-topic and make them worth the time to read. Try observing other members posting habits, if you become overzealous with your posting you may get a call from a Moderator.
6) Warrior Nation has a chain of command, procedures and protocol. Please observe these and make note of them, they are in place for a reason and are the result of managing a clan of this magnitude for so many years.
7) Things you are not allowed to do ingame:
• Do not Roof nuke the Refinery or Barracks on Non-Flying Maps. Roof nuking the Barracks on Canyon is allowed in WN events and trainings.
• Do not nuke inside the wall of the Weapons Factory on Flying Maps. (This does not mean the the "hole" where the vehicles come out, but really IN the wall)
• Do not tunnel nuke on any map.
• Do not ObiWalk.
• Do not Glass Shoot in Islands.
• Do not abuse bugs.
• Do not make B2B (base to base) attacks.
• Do not WallJump with Vehicles.
Things you are allowed to do ingame:
Always first check the Server Rules before you start doing any of these things on other servers. If you get kicked, it’s your fault and not WN’s.
• You are allowed to Hillcamp on Hourglass in WN events and trainings.
• You are allowed to WallJump with Infantry in WN events and trainings.
• Harvwalking is allowed in WN events and trainings.
8) New members should get rid of the 'newbie tag' within two weeks. If you faill to do that, you'll be removed from the clan. Exceptions can be made in special occasions.
Recruitment Rules
Joining Warrior Nation is not to be taken lightly, therefore we have some rules to govern who we let into the clan and what they have to do.
The main things too look for are:
• Regular weekly ingame activity, playing on a number of different server types and with a range of people to prove that they’re capable of playing their part during a match and greatly contribute towards the team’s success with all aspects of the game i.e. playing CTF, AOW etc. with all different kinds of people (thus different levels of skill)
• Checking the forums every couple of days or so in order to keep up to date with goings on and be able to provide help and insights for other members when and where applicable. If we’re discussing who’s best out of NOD and GDI then take part in discussions, everyone’s view is welcome!
• Some noticeable skills in that they don’t just camp every match and do have some fresh or well-known ways of beating an enemy team. Did the BR recommend them for taking out a significant number of buildings or did you see them take down multiple orcas with a single light tank? Can they hold their own in a fire-fight?
• Mature behaviour wherever they’re present. They’ll be representing a respectable clan if and when they get their WNx tag and should act appropriately with others. This may be thanking someone for repairs, lending assistance when someone asks and providing support for someone on the forums when required.
• A potential with their personality and attitude when it comes to considering joining WN. Are they natural leaders for their team and lead them to victory? Do they have some new strategy that we haven’t come across yet and could be a great boon to everyone in the section? The clan is always looking for the right people to take on a higher role and responsibility – your recruit could be that person!
1) Please take the time to get to know your recruit before you actually recruit him. Play with them regularly and arrange to meet them ingame at convenient times in order to best get an idea of whether they’re worthy of wearing the WNx tag. Remember that if they're really serious about joining WN then they shouldn’t be afraid to wait a while.
2) New recruits will be required to play in at least 1 Training before they can be eligible to join WN so we can better judge them as a player. If possible, all members attending that training should keep an eye on that particular player and make notes (mental or otherwise) about how he performed in your opinion. Our Major can then make a better decision on whether to accept him/her based additionally on everyone’s judgements.
3) A background check will be done on their WOL nick and their IP to stop people joining under false names. Warrior Nation has a zero tolerance law in place for cheating, impersonating, people trying to sneak back into the clan and anything related to those that would seek to harm the clan in any way. We wouldn’t want any member of the section penalised because of a lax in security.
4) A private test will be conducted using the Sergeant Majors / Officers and the recruit to better assess their individual skills. We expect the recruit to have at least a basic understanding of the game and a willingness to learn from other members. Remember they could be fighting on the front lines against other clans – they should be prepared with the best intelligence and strategies our members can offer.
5) The recruiter should give the recruit these questions, which have to be answered and then passed along to a Sergeant Major. An officer or Sergeant Major will then inform the recruit of the WN laws, policies, rollcall etc.
1) What nicknames do you use ingame right now?
2) Have you ever been in other clans? Please name what nickname you used in that clan, and the clanname itself.
3) Why did you leave that clan/ those clans?
4) Name 3 members of WN that also know you.
5) How would you describe your Skills at AOW and Snipe?
6) What is/are the most important reason(s) to let you join us?
7) Do you have TS and a working microphone?
8) Do you run RenGuard?
9) Do you use any skins in Renegade? If so please name which.
10) Do you play any other games in which you are in a clan?
11) Do you mind leaving that clan for joining Warrior Nation?
6) Your recruit will then be put on analysis for 30 days to see if they are welcome to stay or not, if by the end of their analysis they aren't found worthy they will be removed from the clan.
If the player is well known in the Renegade community then certain recruitment processes can be bypassed at the discresion of the Major & Captains.
FW & CW Rules
1) FW/CW sign up, if people sign up to play in a fun/clan war they are expected to show up at the designated time. If they can't make it then a notice is expect in a reasonable amount of time and a plausible excuse. If they can't provide a proper excuse then they can be excluded from signing up in the next fun/clan war. This is so that the officers don’t have to run around trying to find last minute replacements for positions they thought were filled.
2) We don’t want to hear people complaining in a fun/clan war, if there is a problem speak with an officer either during the game or after it and explain your grievances. You will be representing WN and you should act accordingly. This meant complaining about lag, cheaters or tactics used by the opposition.
3) Team Speak is not required for fun and clanwars, but it is highly preferred. Even if you are not able to speak, it's nice to be able to hear what other people are saying. It's easier and quicker to communicate about things like, what the enemies are doing and where they are.
Most of these rules are generations old. C&C Renegade Captains and Majors from the past and present have and will always update these rules.

No teamkilling in pcw's/Wars/Trainings or events!
If someone TK's you in a scrim, do not seek revenge. Give the person a warning and continue to play on as if nothing happened. It might've been an accident. If you are repeatedly TK'd by anyone, take down their name and report the incident to one of our officers or the person in charge of that match and they will take care of the rest. Teamkilling is usually acidental usually not taken very seriously if it happens once or twice and looks accidental but continued TKing can result in a ban from scrims for a week or further action if required.
No Excessive Complaining on our ingame as well as our teamspeak3 and ventrillo servers!
If the situation is part of the game, such as spawn camping or using a selected weapon, then complaining is not allowed. Also, there is no arguing or complaining about someone's style of playing the game and actions. If you believe someone to be hacking/glitching when contact someone with admin powers or you can /record a demo of them and send it afterwards so action can be taken. Whining/flaming will not be tolerated in matches and in public servers. You will be warned once then action will be taken.
Keep binding ingame to a limmit!
Admins will not tolerate the excessive use of in game taunts and player binds. Consistantly using taunts and/or binds is annoying and will not be tolerated. Players who violate this will be kicked from the server for spam. Name scripting also counts towards this and although the server will automatically kick for doing it too much, avoid spamming name binds in gameplay at all costs.
Clean words, clean game!
This includes all the common vulgar words, such as "s**t", "f**k", "b***h", "a**hole", etc...as well as words pertaining to homosexuality. Every once in a while is alright. Everyone gets frustrated sometimes and may blurt out some of these words as a result, but nobody likes to hear a long non-stop stream of constant vulgarity. If you can't keep it under control, you may be removed from the Ventrilo channel. If needed, further action may be taken.
No story's talking in teamspeak while playing!
All chat during a clan match must be game related. In-game text chat is not relevant and only to be used at extreme circumstances; only TeamSpeak should be used for match or scrim chat. If you do not own a working microphone, then you are a mute, and will be limited to listening only. Any disobedience will get you replaced for the match/scrim and removed from the TeamSpeak channel after 1 warning.
The Tags ingame!
As section of a gamming community, we should represent ourselves. We are doing this with ingame tags.
These tags are chosen by the whole section, and so the whole section wear those.
The current tag is: We advice you all to wear this tags, and not any other, it is a must you wear these as they are written here.
You have the right to
- - Make a thread to change them, with permission of the Major) if you don’t like them, so..
- - ..we can vote for new ones.
Remember, Tags are a MUST, read LAW 4 for more information. (Point legend)
Have some respect!
It is imperative that you respect all other players, including public players and other clan players. No swearing or insulting other public players on our servers. Any rude conduct can and will result in warning points if neccessary. Remember, you are representing Warrior Nation with every action. Don't make us look immature. This rule is an addition to Law #6 of WN Laws.
Clean talking, clean game!
While on the section TeamSpeak you must respect everyone else on there, excessive swearing or insulting will result in a kick from the channel, further abusing will result in a channel ban and possible further action. You must refrain from speaking over other people while they are taking and also whistling or humming or any other in appropriate behaviour. You must use each channel for it's purpose ie don't use a scrim channel if you are just playing on a public server. When people are in the scrim channels you must not enter unless told to and if you need to speak to an officer you may join but wait until noone else is talking before asking if it is okay for you to talk. While in scrims you must avoid whining/complaining when killed and only respond with where you died and other appropriate information. You must keep the subjects on topic during the match and follow orders from the leader of that scrim.

10. Server Admin Abuse
Staff Sergeants and above are given certain powers on the public and private servers and this is a prividge as abusing this will be taken very seriously. You must only use the console chat to warn people before kicking them for glitching/scripting and only kick after warning people for something which is disallowed on that server. Any abuse of your powers will be taken very seriously and not only will you lose your rank and all powers you may face further action.

WNxCS RECRUITMENT STANDARDS
PRIMARY MEMBERS (Invite Only)
All tryouts will be given on an invite only basis. Once you have determined a player is worthy of an invite, you must pm your request to an available member with the ability to give a tryout. The people that are approved for this are WNxKomodo, WNxFate, and WNxYoda_The_Great. These players may also give clearance for a tryout to take place at their disrection.
Primary members must try-out for one of our various league teams. They must have scrimmed with that team a total of at least 3 times although more than 3 scrims are recommended to truly judge a player. The player should be evaluated on:
A.) Skill – Can this person play the game? Can they play well enough to win?
B.) Attitude – Does this person seem eager to join? Are they friendly?
C.) Communication – Do they comm. well in scrims? Must have a mic.
D.) Knowledge – Do they know what to do in a scrim? Strats, buying etc.
(This can be case by case)
If the team trying the member out believes that this person will benefit the team they try-out for then they will be permitted membership.
These tryouts can be given by any rank above Seargent Major (ie. MP'S and above)
SECONDARY MEMBERS
Secondary members must play with the section members by either scrimming or pubbing once the pub arrives. After a week of “fellowship” the secondary member will be reviewed by the section leaders. Personal recommendations will be required. FOR EXAMPLE:
WNxMr.Man PMs to Komodo:
WNxBiff was a really swell guy all week. He seems like he has a good attitude and is willing to be an active secondary.
-or-
WNxMr.Manizle PMs to Komodo:
Wowow WNxBiff was a real jerk all week! He said that we all sucked whenever he killed us. He was always cussing at people over vent and would constantly TK.
Now, after reviewing the PM’s the section leaders will consult with the member in question when given something like Example 2 to check the validity. Then a decision will be made.
If a secondary member wants to play in leagues he/she must pass a try-out given by MPs, Captains, and/or Major.

The Rules that apply to this section can be found here:
Section Rules
Here is the Info for Halo (PC):
Ventrilo Information
Quoted from WNxVampire:
Recently there has been a few topics regarding mods for Halo. I just want to remind you guys about Law 1 and what it means in terms of WN's usage of mods. Not that I'm necessarily calling you guys out and saying you're violating the law, I just want to put this out so that there aren't problems later.
Law 1:
Now there are two types of Mods:
Server Mods
These either change the level mapping/skins/weapons/vehicles/etc. which effect everyone in the server. Download may be required in order to take full advantage of these mods.
These are generally okay by WN's standpoint. So long as the mod has not created an UNKNOWN advantage to any player or team.
For example: you cannot create a mod on Blood Gulch which sticks 90 Rocket Launchers inside red base while not doing the same for blue base and go around pretending you always got full rocket ammo all the time by traditional means. Most of the time you're going to be playing on a dedicated servers the majority of the time, so this usually won't be a problem. Servers that use these mods usually give public knowledge that weapon configuration is irregular.
Just use common sense on these mods, it shouldn't be a major issue.
3rd Party/User initiated mods
This is where things get complicated/sticky.
This includes any mod that doesn't effect the whole server. This includes but is not limited to: Aimbots, Unfair skinning mods, adjusted viewing/scoping mods, other/EULA.
Aimbots: Self explanatory. You get caught with one of these, you can bet you're going to get a one-way ticket out of here.
Skinning: This can be tricky. You can and are allowed to use skins for aesthetic use only. These include level/character resurfacing with different textures to improve graphics. If you want your guns to have a little WNx logo on them. Go for it.
It's when these skins are changed to give unfair advantage. For example, skinning the level in bright yellow and all MCs as pitch black or making walls transparent in order to detect opponents with greater ease. If we suspect you of using these, we'll ask for screenshot verification.
Viewing/Scoping mods: These either change your HUD or increase the scope of view or even, as recently brought up, take you outside of first person view and put you in third person. These are not to be used under any circumstance in normal gaming.
Other/EULA: Anything else that gives you unfair advantage or changes the program entirely. Changing pistols so they shoot rockets is an obvious no-no. Anything that violates EULA, whether directly stated or implied. You cannot mod your WinXP to play Halo 2. That is exclusively for Vista.
If you do not understand any of this. You should just not use any mod of any sort. If you do not understand, ask. I'll be happy to explain further if need be. Pleading ignorance will not get you out of a Law 1 ban.
Discussing/Advertising any illegal mods publicly, whether or not you actually are in use of them, is a violation of law 1.

Policies and Rules
1. Follow all WN Laws.
Quote:
http://warriornation.net/law.php and http://warriornation.net/policy.php
1.1 The most important one is, NO cheating, NO scamming, NO stealing, NO exploiting, NO treason, NO harassing, and NO illegal tools such as bots or 3rd party program.
1.2 Next, by being a part of Warrior Nation, that means you will belong to WN guild in any game you play. If that game has more than 1 server, you're, however, not required to join the same server and can be in any guild. But if there's WN presence on your server, you're required to join WN guild. No one can put one character in WN clan, and another character in another clan. That's treason. And we do shoot spies like in WW2.
1.3 Next, all members are to be respectful toward other members, friends and other players. You will also be helpful and friendly toward others.
1.4 Next, In compliance with COPPA new members must be at least 13 years of age or older to be WN member.
2. We play on Gamma World
3. This is a easy step guide to get you in the alliance as fast as possiable. By WNxFable.

7. We have Trading and NAP agreement with (WoH).
Joining WN
If you are not a WN member, and wish to register at this forum.

- It's best to have the Referrer go over WN Laws before you proceed. All Laws must be followed.
- Your WN Name will have to start with 'WNx'.
- You will put 'Ikariam Gamma' as the game you will be playing/join.
- After all is done, check your email you register with WN forum, there will be a confirmation email to activate your account.
- Then, last but not least, you will have to inform the Referrer that you have made WN account already, and that he/she is your Referrer. You will tell the Referrer what is your WN Name, and the game you're registering for, which is Ikariam.

1. Every character you create must have either "WNx" or "of Warrior Nation" in its name. If you have a character on a server that does not have one of these tags, you must get an admin to change the name of the character, or create another character.
1a. You may create a character on a role-playing server without a tag, but you will need to get it approved by a Grand Master or Honor Guard, and add the following to your character description: (Out of Character: [WnxNameHere] - Member of Warrior Nation ).
2. You may join another guild if the guild is either a server based faction or a role-playing based faction that is limited to one module and does not require you to have a tag after your character?s name. If the guild you join expands to other Neverwinter Nights servers or other games that are already supported by Warrior Nation from any division, you must leave the guild.
*The following is a list of faction examples: race, alignment, class, and role-playing organizations (city guard).
3. You must be a Knight in the Neverwinter Nights section AND have more than 30 days in the clan to recruit for this section. All potential recruits should have one of the following messenger programs: Trillian, ICQ, MSN, AIM or Yahoo! Messenger.
4. You will play at LEAST 1 relatively long game with your recruit, so as to be able to judge if they have the necessary skills and mind set to be a NWN, WN member.
5. All multiplayer servers that are played on by section members need to follow the rules of the server or that server admin has the power to punish members whom break those rules and/or Neverwinter Nights section Leadership also following with punishment including deranking and/or warning points issued on repeat offenders.

Rules & Regulations for the Warrior Nation Soldier
YOU MUST READ THIS, UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT IT
These are the rules that All Warrior Nation Members will abide by while playing Planetside. These are not merely suggestions like the Squad Attitude Pages, these are Law. The first five rules have been written down by the Chief of Warfare for Warrior Nation WNxKujo and fall into use into many of the games that Warrior Nation plays. Planetside is no different. IF, after reading the rules you want to apply to Warrior Nation, you can find the application form listed on the Application button on the right.
Warrior Nation Code of Conduct
1) Absolutely no TKing at all for any reason
If someone TK's you, do not seek revenge. Ignore it and continue to play on as if nothing happened. It might've been an accident. If you are repeatedly TK'd by someone in an outfit, take down their name and their outfit's name and report the incident to one of our officers or our outfit leader and they will take care of the rest. Once again, do NOT fight back. They'll have to quit eventually unless they like weapons lock. We're above TKing. NOTE: There are situations where a Squad leader can override this rule, however it has NEVER been done and would take extreme measures for it to ever happen. The punishment for breaking this rule is swift and extreme with only one or two warnings before dismissal from outfit. Players in Warrior Nation will NEVER purposely try to ruin the game for any other people.
How a Warrior Nation Soldier Will
Conduct himself in the Field
The above list from Kujo are the simple rules that every WNx member will follow. They should all be very self evident and easy to do so. Here are the NOT so evident things that WNx players will do in the field so that everyone can be on the same page. If you are planning to apply to Warrior Nation and anything on this page seems over the top or too hardcore for you, it is advised that you move on to a different outfit page because we take this, and the way we enforce it Very seriously.
· Respect all Positions in the game: Everything your mom told you was right. Say please when asking for things, say thank you when receiving them. Treat people the way you would want to be treated. Please THINK before sending out an angry tell to anyone. (someone may be taking screenshots for posting later….)
· Obey your squad leaders orders while you are in that squad. You are allowed to question or offer up opposing ideas, but it must be done so in a /tell or a whisper. Do not question the squad leader in open chat. You are free to solo, but must leave the squad to do so.
·
· Do NOT respawn until told to do so by the SL.
· If you are assigned a position by the Squad Leader, it is your duty to hold that position until otherwise told to do so. If assigned no position you will either rally at Waypont 4 or be in the set areas mentioned earlier in this primer (main room, 2.5, behind spawns, etc)
· If your character is above level 15, it is expected (though not required) for you to gain either advanced hacker, or advanced medic, to support your outfit.
2) Never exploit any bug/glitch or use any hacks
If you have become bugged or glitched in a way that gives you an unfair advantage over everyone else in the game, you are expected to immediately log out of the game and ensure you are no longer bugged before playing on any further. If we find out that any WN member has exploited bugs or glitches or used hacks in PlanetSide on purpose, the punishment will be severe...and perhaps permanent.
3) Racism will not be tolerated
Whether it's on TeamSpeak or on in-game chat, Warrior Nation has ZERO tolerance for racism. Yeah, we can all take a joke realize sometimes a mild joke involving race might be told, and it'll be funny, but "mild" racial jokes should be as far as it goes, and only if everyone is enjoying it. Anything else outside of this is racism and once again, the penalty for it will be severe.
4) No Excessive Vulgarity
This includes all the common vulgar words, such as "shit", "fuck", "bitch", "asshole", etc...as well as words like "gay", "***", and all of their variant forms. Every once in a while is alright. Most of us are adults, and those who aren't are mature enough to handle it. We all get frustrated sometimes and may blurt out some of these words as a result, but I don't think any of us like to hear a long non-stop stream of constant vulgarity, whether it's on TeamSpeak or in Squad or Outfit chat. Please be sure to keep your language in check. If you can't keep it under control, you may be removed from the TeamSpeak channel and placed on ignore in chat. If needed, further action may be taken.
5) Battle Chat = Don't talk unless it's important
If a Squad Leader calls out Battle Chat on TeamSpeak, everyone in that channel is expected to remain quiet until the Squad Leader says otherwise. However you may speak if you have something important to say relating to the squad's immediate in-game status. Otherwise, the Squad Leader is the only one that should be talking. No ifs, ands, or buts about this one. If you persist in talking about something you shouldn't be talking about when Battle Chat is called, you may be kicked out of the channel

1. Be kind to all members at all times. Remember we have all kinds of people here. Disrespect of any nature will not be tolerated. You will be warned about behavior, if it does not change you will given points.
2. Drama on forums or in game will not be tolerated. Treat others with respect at all times. If you are angry about something or someone. Send a private message to your Game Leaders, Admin Support, or both and let them know. Blowing up on the forums will get you in hot water.
3. Spam is not a huge issue unless it is just outrageous. Members should feel free to post when and as they like.
4. Members from other sections are free to post whenever they like, and as much as they want to. We want you to feel like you are at home. Kick back and stay awhile, you might like it here!
5. In game clans, from this point forward are in ultimate control of said Admin Support. Game Leaders are in control unless the Game Leader steps down or otherwise. If you leave Rose, turn over in game clan to someone within the section and notify the Game Leaders or Admin Support that you have done so. To leave clan without turning over clan will result in actions against you. It will be considered another clan you are in and therefore Multi-Clanning.
6. PK's are permitted to defend yourself, no one should go looking for a fight, it is also allowed if the target is on the KOS list. The KOS list will be updated and maintained at the discretion of the staff. If you have an issue with PKing in game take screen shots as evidence of the situation, and contact a staff member as soon as possible.
7. No shop scams or scamming of any kind in game.
8. No begging for money or items. This is a no brainer. Just ask nicely for help and items people are willing to give willingly if you only ask nicely. Like mama always said "You can always catch more flies with honey than you ever could with vinegar."

Game and forum rules
Forum Rules
Forum rules cover all the rules that you MUST adhere to while posting on the forums. Since we are still in Development Section we need to show everyone that we are every bit reliable in game and out of game. Just remember what good you do reflect upon our section as does the bad.
* The main rule that flows through these forums is respect and understanding of one another. DO NOT under any circumstance converse in a spiteful way about religion, race or ethnicity, as you may offend someone. If you would like to talk about anything deemed “controversial” then please post within “The Roller Coaster” section found here: http://warriornation.net/Forum/forumdisplay.php?f=792
* Once again, racial, religion or ethnic slurs will not be tolerated at any level, so watch what you say at all times.
* About Racial slurs as stated in the Warrior Nation Policy:
* Racial and prejudice slurs directed at a member, ally or guest of Warrior Nation, regardless of their parentage. – Deemed as bad content
* Spamming will get you put on probation and eventually banned. Try to keep the “spammage” to a bare minimum. When you post in a thread post accordingly to the thread topic as anything that is deemed as spam will be deleted and cause you to loose your post count.
About Spamming as stated in the Warrior Nation Policy:
Common Examples of Spam:
* Anything that apparently is designed to increase post count only.
* A post that is off-topic from the starter of the thread.
* A thread that is off-topic from the forum. (Note that a thread that is off-topic to a particular forum may not be spam, some sections allow topics that really don't pertain to the game, this is somewhat accepted. If there is a thread started that is so off-topic that it just shouldn't be there, either move it, close it, or both and report it).
* Testing things out on the forums (sigs/avas/forum features, etc) is spam, unless done in Tilly's Cantina.
* Double posting.
* Reviving an old, dead thread unless the response adds value and relevancy to the issue.
* Every 1000 posts, members are allowed to post about their post counts in Tilly's. Otherwise it's spam.
* Cross-posting (posting identical content to multiple threads).
About Swearing as stated in the Warrior Nation Policy:
Swearing in posts is okay as long as:
* It isn't directed at another member, guest or ally of Warrior Nation.
* There isn't a section policy against it.
* It isn't excessive.
* It is not in a thread title
Please post any off topic posts in “Tilly's Cantina” located here: http://warriornation.net/Forum/forumdisplay.php?f=58
* Links to Pornographic images or sites will also not be tolerated.
* Posts directing users to illegal software sites that host warez/torrents and any other downloads that are deemed illegal.
In Game Rules
Warrior Nation takes pride in its dedicated, reliable and well mannered members please keep your standards with us as high as we have with you.
* Respect all gamers including ones that are not in Warrior Nation as they are all potential future members of Warrior Nation.
* Never use Hacks, Bots, Exploits and/or cheats in games, because this will leave a very bad impression on the rest of Warrior Nation. Plus its extremely lame
* Try not to spam commands in game such as “Medic” as it distracts the rest of us and clutters up the chat.
* You must have your Warrior Nation Tag (WNx) on at all times! It is against Warrior Nation law to be found playing in game without your WNx tag.
* Try to be present in trainings and scrimmages that you have signed up for, when you don’t show up it leaves a bad impression.
