Welcome to a Delta Challenge named Get That Achievement!. Let me start off with the basics for those who have never heard of Delta Challenges. Delta covers the console genre so alternatively I could call this a Console Challenge. Each section will have the check-list posted on their forums. The idea is that all of the other sections are your enemies and your mission is to win the challenge for your section. This is not a PS3 vs. Xbox, this is all sections fighting each other. Also the Console sections in Development are included in this challenge. Even though this announcement is posted on 31st January, you may start submitting your point requests in the 1st February. Below you will get to know what to do and how to submit point requests. |
| In this challenge your mission is to get as many achievements as possible during the time this challenge lasts. It’s simple as that. Below is a checklist of all the available achievements and you just need to complete them to get a point. After the time is up, the section with the most achievements completed will win the challenge, but, that is not the only way to win, alternatively the section that completes all of the challenges the fastest will win. But I doubt any section will win that way. :P Every time an achievement is completed and request submitted and hopefully approved, it will be crossed out to mark that it’s been completed. |
Total: 0 out of 31 achievements completed |
| In order to submit points, you must use a form that is created just for this challenge. However, we don't include the link to the form in this announcement to better prevent that no others than Majors and Captains from Console sections submit point requests. All of the Majors and Captains are being mass-PM'd the link today when I announce this challenge. Make sure to use the form, we from Delta will not be looking for submissions from this thread nor from PMs, only the form submissions will do. Only Major and Captains are allowed to submit point requests. A section is allowed to only complete each achievement once. Evidence must be good enough so we from Delta can be sure it’s completed, pictures, links to threads and profiles.. anything that proves you really completed it. |
| We have planned a tie breaker game if it is needed, however it is not revealed in this thread either, if there happens to be a tie between how many sections ever, the leaderships will be contacted with the info of the game! |
| Probably the most exciting part of the thread :D So here is the prizes for top 3 sections of this challenge. Good luck everyone with the challenge and may the best section win! |
Best regards, the Delta Crew! |

Star Wars: Battlefront II is the most recent addition to FPS development and they joined us at the end of 2011. Already they have a couple of servers and are ready and raring to go! Fingers crossed that all goes well for this little section! Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has definitely proved to be FPS's Development section of the month! January rollcall puts them at 34 primaries, a whopping 18 more than last month. Who knows, next month we might be releasing the first new FPS section of 2012 ;]! Battlefield 3 PC has been beset by a few difficulties lately. Both the EU and NA sections have suffered a slight member drop this month. The next month will see the focus being placed on recruiting and activity boosting to improve things. Hopefully we will have good news on these sections next month! Blacklight: Retribution have, unfortunately, seen rather a large drop in numbers this month. The section members are waiting for the next beta phase and a much anticipated content update. We are confident that once these two things happen the section will flourish once again! Warhammer 40k: Space Marine have held steady this month which is great news. There have been a good number of recruits and our goal now is to see a big push to boost activity and get the numbers to hold above 25. To next month.... |
