Copyright Protection Is Automatic

Warrior Nation™ is changing constantly. How are we able to continually be protected under copyright without filing?

"Under the present copyright law, which became effective Jan. 1, 1978, a work is automatically protected by copyright when it is created. A work is created when it is “fixed” in a copy or phonorecord for the first time. Neither registration in the Copyright Office nor publication is required for copyright protection under the present law."

Currently The Wayback Machine has been recording websites for decades. This site also allows for supporting proof of when material was created due to the marking of months and years when the pages were recorded and provides legal proof in order to uphold any material Warrior Nation™ has claimed Copyright.

Any content within the forums by individuals are the property of the Warrior Nation™ Community as a whole. Content may be used within the website of Warrior Nation™ however credit will always be given to that individual. Any content taken outside of the Warrior Nation™ authorized network is in violation of members rights. Administrators and Owners of Warrior Nation™ will never sell or claim rights to any information of its members. No content may however be used outside of the Affiliate Domains and subpages without expressed permission of the individual or owners. Any member leaving Warrior Nation™ will also leave full right of their content to the members in whole of Warrior Nation™.

You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).

Any unregistered member posting in a guest area has no claiming rights of the material and that information becomes the sole property of Warrior Nation™.

All registered members are subject to a monthly rollcall where a spam mail is sent out. By registering you agreed to allow Warrior Nation™ to do this. Failure to allow Warrior Nation™ to send this type of mail will result in deletion of membership. This is a private registration board and with that you have agreed to certain guidelines to retain your membership status.
