The Process of Creating an Alliance

If you are not in Warrior Nation:
  1. Use the alliance request form to apply for an alliance. It's as simple as that.
For sections inside Warrior Nation:
  1. Please request that the leader of the clan you want to ally with fills out the alliance request form.
  2. The Colonel of Battle Operations (Head Diplomat) will review the possible alliance and clan in question.
  3. Ultimately, the Colonel of Battle Operations will determine if the alliance request can proceed. If it is determined that it may not, then the process ends here.
  4. The Head Diplomat will ask the clan to register accounts on our forum and assist them in this process where required. The accounts will also be approved and tagged at this stage.
  5. After tagging the Alliance Account, the Head Diplomat will add links to the Battle Operations Roster and Diplomacy Page.
Alliance Accounts

Alliance account names must contain some sort of clan identification/tag. The recruiter box should say "Alliance Account" and must, under no circumstances, contain a WN Username. Alliance Accounts do not need a voucher and do not sign monthly Roll calls.

A maximum of 2 alliance accounts are given per clan; a maximum of 3 accounts if they are allied with 2 sections; and a maximum of 5 accounts if they are allied with 3 or more sections in Warrior Nation.

After a month of inactivity of an alliance account the game leader is notified. After two months of inactivity the alliance is reviewed by the leaders of the Battle operations Department. If an alliance is broken, old alliance accounts need to be locked or deleted. New alliance accounts (of existing alliances) need to be tagged by the Head Diplomat. Just send WNxDaPope a PM in order to get this done. Be sure to check out our game server list too so you can join us in game!

Recommended Alliance Specification
It is recommended that all clans requesting alliances meet the following criteria as this will strongly increase your chances of a successful application:
  • Single game clans need at least 15 active members.
  • Multiple game clans need at least 10 times the amount of games they are active in as active members. For example, a 2 game clan needs 20 members. A 3 game clan needs 30. However, it must be remembered that a 1 game clan needs 15, not 10.
  • If the clan has a website, it must contain; a rules and laws page that includes a no cheating law, a ranks page detailing the job description of each rank, a complete member list and a forum.
  • The clan website should look tidy, and be predominantly free of advertisements or pop-ups. Remember, we link to this site on our diplomacy page.
  • There must be an agreement to place a link, or image that links back, to our homepage on their website.
  • The clan must have existed on the internet for at least three months.
  • The clan must support one or more games that WN also supports.
  • The No-Website Clause: If a clan does not have a website, certain information must be provided in the application form that is otherwise not requested. A copy of the clan rules/laws, ranks list and member list are required.
The following recommendations are not set in stone requirements and exceptions can and are made. Please contact WNxDaPope (Head Diplomat) if you would like to inquire as to whether a clan/guild is eligible for an alliance with Warrior Nation.
