1.0: Guidelines for the Handling of Suspected Stolen Content
Battle Operations would like to ask that all members from this day forward, inform Battle Operations of the discovery of stolen content. It is also expected, that Warrior Nation members will not participate in forum invasion and flaming, unless so asked to participate by WNxWakko. Ideally, we will always try to resolve all issues involving the removal of our content via diplomacy.

Members may easily make the theft of our content known by contacting your Game Leader or Battle Operations Captain/Honor Guard. Provide them with the information below:

1) Clan URL:
2) First spotted date:
3) Severity of the issue, please select one:
- Mild: Small images and icons, plagiarized paragraphs and phrases.
- Moderate: Large amounts of text copied, including banners, logos and slogans.
- Severe: Entire layout and structure, involving ranks, images, medals, ribbons, etc.

They should then forward this information in the correct manner. If the issue is not publicly announced (Clan Discussion) within a week, contact the Genre Brigadier General directly.

2.0: Policy 4
Allied Clans are treated with the same respect that members of Warrior Nation™ are treated. Members of allied clans are invited to play all games that each clan supports. Allied clans will support each other in times of war and also in friendly clan vs. clan games. During clan vs. clan matches, if one clan needs members to fill their roster, members from the allied clan may participate as substitutes. Allied members are free to participate in any WNx section, game, or event that WNx supports. Allied clans will be listed on the Diplomacy page and their individual accounts can be found in section rosters.

Neutral Clans are treated with the same respect that members of Warrior Nation™ are treated. Members of neutral clans are invited to play all games that each clan supports. This is highly encouraged because the better each clan gets to know each other, the more reason to forge an alliance.

Enemy Clans happen over the course of time, Warrior Nation™ has made allies and enemies. Clans can only be added to the enemies list by majority vote of the Military Council. Official enemy clans have been found to have no honor and have directly negatively effected WNx and it's members. Any member found joining a Enemy clan will receive a DD. Members can not participate on any enemy funded server or VOIP, the only exception is a competitive league or ladder where match play requires the use of a enemy server.

WNx members must remember their conduct can still fall under WNx laws even against enemies. They are free to treat them as hostile if they encounter them on a public server and can use any game resources to defeat them. However under no circumstances are actions to result in illegal hacking of an enemy's sites, servers or channels. Large scale actions may take place, but can only be sanctioned by Wakko personally and he will state the rules of engagement at that time.

- X-WN Created or X-WN dominated clans must obtain a 5 Star Generals authorization to be in alliance with Warrior Nation™

3.0: Alliance Procedure for External Parties
If you are from an outside clan and want to make an alliance with Warrior Nation; you should post in the Neutral Grounds forum and explain you would like an alliance with the game section you are interested in.

3.1: Alliance Procedure for Internal Parties
If you are from Warrior Nation and would like to know how to make an alliance with another clan you already know; you should do the following:
  • For an alliance requiring two or less accounts:
    • Contact your game leader so they may decide whether the alliance would be beneficial to the section/clan and contact the proposed ally for more information.
    • An alliance account needs to be created. The alliance member must register on the forums in the same was as any new recruit would.
    • The recruiter field must state "Alliance Account" and no other name, nor should it be left blank.
    • They should NOT add the WNx prefix to their name but should add their own clan tag.
    • The game leader should then contact their Genre BO Colonel to have the account approved, tagged and user notes updated. A copy of the alliance information (e.g. clan name and website) should also be sent so the main WN pages can be kept up-to-date.
  • For an alliance requiring three accounts, with multiple sections:
    • Proceed as above but approval must be sought from the Battle Operations Admin
  • For an alliance requiring five accounts: (Multiple sections, more than three.)
    • Game clans need at least 10 times the amount of active members as games supported. For example, a 2 game clan needs 20 members and a 3 game clan needs 30.
    • The clan must have a website and it must contain: a laws page including a no-cheating law; a ranks page detailing the job descriptions of each rank; a complete member list and a forum.
    • The website should be tidy and be predominantly free of advertisments or pop-ups. Remember, we link to this site on our diplomacy page.
    • There must be an agreement to place a link, or image that links back, to our website on their website.
    • The clan must have existed on the internet for at least three months.
    • If you believe the clan meets these requirements; you may submit an application to the Genre BO Colonel with as much information regarding why you or they want an additional account and evidence to support the above requirements.
    • The application will then be approved or denied by the Battle Ops MG. The decision should be considered final, though may be changed at a later date.

3.2: Alliances for Sections in Development
Sections in development may have allies, though there are changes, noted below, in effect:
  • Each alliance may only hold one account until the section is released from development.
  • The alliance must be approved by all existing Game Champions and the Engineer assigned to that section.
  • It is advisable to inform your ally that the section may be cut from WN (as it is still in Development) so they have prior warning if we need to break the alliance.
  • Development must then contact the genre BO admin with details of the alliance.
4.0: Contacts
If you have any further questions, contact any of the Genre BO Administrators.
