Instead of writing a fat ass announcement I'll keep myself short, as there's multiple things that get announced here so read to the bottom.
Creative Merge
In the past, the CJD had been a part of the Creative Lab. As it got "Elite" ranks it slowly headed out of the Creative Lab. It IS a Creative Department nonetheless, therefore it should belong to the Creative Lab.
My tag says "Creative Works". Currently I have 1 Colonel for Creativity and 2 for Journalism. This lineup is quite inefficient because as soon as one (no matter who) is slightly inactive, the whole department is starting to suffer.
Sollution to this is simple: Merge Creative and Journalism. Both departments will profit from this as resources might open up for each other. Ace Awards for Creative guys. Easier communication between departments etc.
To the actual changes:
Each of the 3 Colonels will be known as Creative Colonel. They will all lead the Creative Lab AND the Combat Journalists(historians). Sure workload will nonetheless have to be splitup.
The second change is that there will be a "Creative Works" forum in the announcements. Subforums will be CJD and Creative lab. Accesses and structure of these forums will be discussed and iron out on the long run.
New Creative Colonel
As you probably saw, WNxMWDeez moved from CJ Colonel over to SF. Now with the merge that opens up a Creative Colonel position which I'm going to fill quickly. It doesn't need a lot of words here because the guy had been CJ Colonel before so I'm more than sure he'll be capable of this new job. I'm talking about none less than:

Medal of Resolution
In the Combat Journalist Department you are always on the search for enthusiastic Combat Journalists/ Historians and will be dedicated to their work. Some CJs burn out very quickly, so it certainly demands someone committed to carrying on through the hard times. The person receiving this medal has definitely stuck out in the Department and has shown us he can do some great work. In fact this member has been in the CJD currently for over a year, now based on experience that is some feat to achieve.
His personality, communication and strive to write increasingly high quality reports earned him the Ace Award. At times there were doubts, however he took criticism and learned to improve his ways in order to rise to the top of his "game". His energy in the department and work earned him a promotion to Editor. He has been part of the Paper Sanctum team for a while now, contributing with discussions and lending a hand out whenever a department seemed to need a bit of help.
With the change to the new Editor system, there was an enormous improvement in the area he controls. There is a non-stop intake of Combat Journalists at the moment and this is due to his persistent communication with the Majors and his constant communication with the Colonels. There is evident improvement in the way we recruit in the department and this is most definitely down to this member’s hard work:

Medal of Creativity
The member receiving the honor of the Medal of Creativity this month has been a part of the Creative Department for a very long time now. He’s been in the Creative Department longer than most members, and even than some admins have been a part of WN. To be exact, he’s been in SWAT for more than 3 years now. He’s actually been a part of the founding crew of the SWAT team. His loyalty and dedication towards the Creative Department are excellent. One can tell that he’s one of the most experienced Creative members and a great asset towards the team.
As time passed by, he got the shot at being the Head of the “SWAT”. He’s been leading the “SWAT” for more than half a year now. Since he took over, a fresh new wind has been blowing through the team. His work is unquestionable outstanding. The team has increased in size and the overall reputation of the team has improved.
As most of you know the SWATCMS Beta has been released last month. This project is likely to benefit future SWAT generations and is a great leap for the Section Web Artist Team, making work more efficient and easier to manage.
With all that said, I congratulate:
