I would first like to say, that ZA has from what I can tell, a 2 day reset timer, which means that we could run the place 3 times a week, so keep that in mind :-)
I would also like to say that ZA is a raid meant to bridge the gear gap between Kara/Gruul and the later raids such as Mag, SSC, and The Eye

WARRIORS
TANKS - 13.5k hp unbuffed - 500 defense - 60 hit rating - 22% dodge - 16% Parry - 24% block - 15k armor - (MUST BE SPECCED PROT)
DPS - 11k unbuffed - 1700ap (w/o battle shout) - 27%+ Crit Chance - 150+ hit rating - 9k armor
DRUIDS
Feral Tankers:
30k armor, 16k HP unbuffed, 32% dodge, crit immunity.
Feral DPSers:
2.8k AP, >5% hit, 32% crit, 8.5k HP.
Balance:
800 +damage, 8.5k HP, 10k mana, 12% hit, 22% crit, 130 MP5
Resto:
1500 +healing, 8.5k HP, 10k mana, 125 MP5 or 400 Spirit.
HUNTERS
600+ Ranged Damage, 1650 AP, 20% Ranged Crit (this is the lowest minimum allowed and will most likely be updated once we get in there more)
PRIESTS
Discipline or Disc/Holy Hybrids:
1500+ Healing, 11k mana, 8k health, 150 mp5 casting or 480 spirit
Deep Holy:
1700+ Healing, 10k mana, 8k health, 150 mp5 casting or 480 spirit
Shadow:
900+ Shadow Damage, 9.5k mana, 8k health, 450+ sustained DPS
SHAMANS
- All Shaman health should be at least 8k+
