Did you guys get double Character service for the price of 1?

When I was switching over two of my characters from the horde side to alliance on our server, they billed me once for it and I changed sides. Well it seems that both characters can change back to Horde. Have you guys ever gotten this problem before? It seems they are giving me a faction change for free like a 2 for 1 deal. I submit a ticket to make sure and they probably will give this to me but yea have you guys ever gotten in this situation before?


They also did this for race change too. I changed my race from a Dwarf to Human and also a Orc to a Tauren. I still have 1 race change left even though I used my race change already... Something very funky going on here or I am getting really lucky.

The faction change is what blown me away since it is 30 bucks....

I've never had anything of this sort happen to me. Wish it had when I faction changed.

i actually got this bug when i moved my char over on a monday night, thought it had something to do with server maintenance...

Maybe It's a blue-light special?

I got support info from Blizzard and they told me its a bug they are trying to fix. When someone trys to transfer over and or use the faction service, the game lets you change factions and such. Then after doing so, it lets you do it again which they told me its a bug. They can not remove that from my account so they told me to keep it. (For my Paladin on Kael'Thas hehe)

Damn that's pretty fortunate on your part. I wonder how long the bug will be in place D:

I got email back two days ago that there is no fix for it so they said some people will be able to transfer back and forth. The worst part is that I can't do any other services until I covert back to Horde which sucks but then again I am on the right server for now. This is on my paladin which is alright even though he is on Kael'thas too. My mage is here and in guild.

It would suck though that if this happens, you can't transfer out. It tells me that I have to complete my last transaction.
