Are they worth getting for buying champions?
Or do you guys get them for skins only?

I might get RP for a skin + some runes or rune pages, not sure yet.

Cant get runes with RP, but ye... if you want to spend money on this game or not is up to you and is something noone can decide for you.

I'd only use it for skins, but it's up to you

You never could, you can buy IP boosts though which will make it go a lot faster.

Skins are always nice. I like to pick original skins you dont see alot of people playing yet. If you're going to buy a skin just be sure its what you expect. There is a thread on the league forum with all in-game skins. That way you can see or it is any different then the regular skin. If its not, I usually dont buy it cause its a waste of my money for just a loading picture

If I buy a skin, it'll be emumu or waiting for a seasonal skin...
Too bad I never paid for lol, I love amumu, would have wanted his Vancouver Amumu skin.
