Recon Captain / Honor Guard
Objective: They ensure that members are given the skills and knowledge on the best recruiting tactics possible and that quality new members are obtained on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:
Recon captains are responsible for developing and organizing recruiting activities on a regular basis in order to achieve quality members in accordance with the sections goals.
Engages the Black Recon for new recruiting strategies and engages in discussion with other Recon Captains to learn what methods work best.
May be given secondary duties by the Major/GM as needed.
Recon Captain / Honor Guard Selection Process:
Recon Captain/Honor Guards are appointed by the GM/Major of the section.
The Recon genre branch Recon Colonel has the right to decline or revoke any member of this rank within reason.
At least 1 months of membership and have a minimum of 20 posts in the forum (Exceptions - Game Champion for a new game approved by a Genre Administrators).
Not on probation in last 3 months.
