For those who use Netflix on 360

I don't know if it's just me and I just now noticed it, but we're able to stretch the screen on Netflix again! Yay, no more 4:3 ration bull crap, I hate those black bars on the sides.

Is it true that you have to have Xbox gold to watch Netflix?

I would rather have black lines on the sides than stretch it out.

Yes. You also need a Netflix subscription.

Or you can bum it from your friends.

Im not sure, I have gold, and watch movies on it, wouldnt silver and bronze be able to?

There is only gold and silver. Gold is paying members, silver is free. You can't really do anything on silver besides send messages and talk in private chat.

Well, I have a PS3 also, and with Netflix you can't stretch your screen when you're using a 16:9 tv. So at this point, 360 Netflix > PS3 Netflix.

I believe you can use Netflix with silver, As you can use Last FM, Sky Etc..

Honestly, the 4:3 doesn't bother me much... But it is good to know

You cannot.

I use my bluray playa with built in netflix on ma 42in widescreen no 360 here.
