Micro Tournament Game Night Recap!

For those of you who were unable to attend this is what went down: At first I picked the wrong micro touney map which was completely imbalanced so we had to do a remake. After I got the proper map it took only a few rounds to realize that all micro tournament makes are pretty dang imbalanced. Mercy in particular git screwed over in the first few rounds by bad match ups. After a while though we were able to laugh rather than rage and it became clean fun.

By the end I realized the Spartanov and KarMa are dirty try hards who probably used witchcraft or hired a Korean to play for them so shortly after the game ended I decided to eliminate them from winning. So the Leaderboard reads MentalOne at the top and everyone else lost.


The game lasted a total of 96 grueling minutes, but afterward some of us got together and played a 4v4 against the ladder. It was Myself Novgarod Karma and Insane against a random ladder team which was like 2 golds a plat and a diamond or something. We of course thoroughly embarrassed them and took the W. Thanks for setting that up man, I actually had a good amount of fun even though some of the matches were ridiculous. Also the 4v4 after was epic until I crashed!

yup..first game night for me...defs very fun... and yes i had map hacks on thats why i did so well

Was a good time for sure! Some of the match-ups were pretty skewed but since we played so many, i feel that everyone had a decent chance.

Gahh, wanted to attend but then I had to take care of some dumb stuff that took way longer than it was supposed to based on my prediction. Story of this whole week really, but still time left in the month. Sounds like good times were had and I hope to attend the next one!

Sad I missed, definitely want to keep a sharper eye on the boards so I can try to make it to GNs

My favorite matchup was 2 reapers vs 8 speedlings on creep. And of course I had the reapers.

But yeah, it was a good time. Sorry I couldn't stick around for the 4v4 at the end.

Weren't they slow reapers too? Haha

it was 2 plats a top 8 gold and a diamond and that was some good fun ^-^
