need help badly

well i jsut tried to download EVE online a few weeks ago and i had download problems i have windows 7 and when i try to download the EXE i get an error then i try ro download them seperately and they download but the EXE wotn download.o conta ct

WHAT thats BS i cant even contact support becuase i dont have a character?!??!!?!?!?!!!! thats messed up i cant even get a character becase i cant get into the game for the first time becuase i cant download it???!!!!!!!!!!

sorry im not sure why the download isnt working i just tried downloading the exe file from both the online installer and the offline installer and both of them seemed fine

That is odd because I have windows 7 and I never had an issue. I don't know what to say or do.

same here, works propper with my windows 7, try running it in admin etc, could be i had to change some settings to get it going for me =p

Running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit and no issues at all.

I play eve from time to time, I've had problems with the updater from time to time, MY fix is I have to right click eve and run as admin, usually updates then

set it to run as admin always, should fix the issue of having to do it manually all the time, should work flawless then ;p
