Well it IS a department, it's going to have 5 members so far. So there may well be something like that, just not MGs.

If I may be so bold to give a bit of advice ... make sure all the GMs of each section are trained ... they are the most important Rank by far. They are the boots on the ground that lead each section that if trained properly will make your job as easy as it can get. And they can train the other section staff if properly trained which will save you loads of time.

Oh and don't let anyone promote an idiot ... that will save you loads of time as well.

GL ... I could not imagine trying to accomplish this feat with so many tagged members.

Wow, another new position? This is getting a bit out of hand especially when most of the members are complaining...

While I agree with Thrawn's comment that training should be done by those doing the promoting, I think the addition of this department is a good move for WN. If the department works, great! If it doesn't, then nothing is wasted. Why all the fuss over this?
