Minecraft Server - 1.2.4 Update

Gah! This is the second time of me having to write this up...

Craftbukkit has a development release for 1.2.4 that is rumored to perform well, so I have updated the main server to 1.2.4! Additionally, I've changed the port from 25567 to the default (25565) so you won't need a port anymore to connect. For those of you who want it stated explicitly, this is the new address for the Minecraft Warrior Nation server:

Minecraft.WarriorNation.net

As a side note, I have no idea how 1.2.4 affected plugins..and since most of the ones we have installed are for 1.2.2, please hold your complaints if a plugin doesn't work.

The API looks pretty much the same. Plugins that work on 1.2.x should work on 1.2.4.

i keep trying to authenticate ingame but everytime i type my information: /id WNx Hero of Time (password) i just keeps telling me "/id WNxForumName ForumPassword"

im not sure if im doing something wrong of if for somereason i cant authenticate.

Edit: if i type in my username with _ instead of spaces, like so: WNx_Hero_of_Time it gives me the authentication failed notice

At present, it doesn't support any usernames or passwords with spaces. Think i'll probably have it so that you surround the usernames and passwords with double quotes.

Ye that would be the best, just a question, does it remember your account (by id or so) if you change your forum name?

ok. any idea how long until that will be possible?

I keep all the source on my work system, I'll try to find time to implement the quote change on Monday morning.

@Wooberz, no there is no remembering anything, if you change your forum name, your /id changes since you have to use the forum username to authenticate.
