Indeed, the BO restructure thread was a joke. Some people completely fell for it, some didn't (or said they didn't but really totally did and don't want to look like a fool.)
Actually we got a really positive review from the Military Council and it really boosted our spirits about the department's future. Expect an announcement about that in the near future with lots of statistics and things for you to sink your teeth into.
